Together We CAN Make a Difference 2020

Service Champion Award Winners 2020We were pleased to host this multi-disciplinary conference with a focus on women in the Armed Forces, demonstrating the work taking place with additional examples from a national perspective.

The Conference was well attended with around 250 delegates and over 20 market stalls and we were pleased to have the Gasbags Ahoy! Exhibition on display. Peter J Field Esq Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of East Sussex presented the Service Champions Awards and the winners were:

  • Making a Difference Individual - Megan French, London & South East Veterans’ Mental Health Service
  • Making a Difference Individual – Jo Peters, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust
  • Making a Difference Charity - Building Heroes – Brendan Williams
  • Making a Difference Any Provider - Change, Grow, Live – Rod Davidson
  • Making a Difference to the System - Steve Scudder, KSS Health Education England, Blue Van Drop In, Eastbourne Veterans Breakfast Club
  • Champion of Service Champions 2020 - Steve Scudder
