Dementia - डिमेंशिया

The Alzheimer's Society offers a confidential translation service via their helpline 0300 222 1122. To access this, dial their number and when the call is answered, say the English word for the language you would like to use. You will need to give your name and telephone number in English (or have someone do it for you). Hang up the telephone and wait, an interpreter will usually call you back within five minutes.
