Each Service Champion with the Armed Forces Network has been given a hard copy of a Resource Folder.
The Resource Folder contains all the national and local information relating to reports and services for the Armed Forces community The contents from that have now been uploaded to the website and you can now access the same resources online for both the National and Network wide and the Sussex Specific Information.
The Network has produced promotional resources which can be used by GP practices on their patient information systems. This has been prepared for you to download as either a Powerpoint show (PPSX) or as a Windows Media Video (WMV).
GP Practice Accreditation
The Royal College of General Practitioners in conjunction with NHS England and NHS Improvement are working to accredit GP practices as "veteran friendly". In support of this the Network has produced a short video to help encourage sign up to this important initiative.
More information about this scheme can be viewed via the RCGP website.
